So a friend of mine said she read in a magazine that baby powder will take off sand and well we went to the beach and it really works great. Just sprinkle it on your hands or whatever and the sand comes right off. It works great, thanks Julie!
Another thing I think works great at the beach is when you are in the salty ocean and you hit a nice wave that take you under always have a jolly rancher in your mouth and the salt won't bother you so much. Then again I suppose you run the risk of joking on it when you are shoved by the wave.

Oh what a good idea! With as much time as we have had lately - the baby powder tip will really come in handy. And the jolly rancher - that just made me laugh...
